Monarch Liberty Hospitality Pvt Ltd, was founded by
Sumit Govind Sharma in the year 2022.
In a short span of 2 years, we have launched some
successful restaurants in Mumbai such as — EVE,
Que Sera Sera and TAT.
At Monarch Liberty Hospitality, we aim to offer great
quality food and an even greater dining experience to
all our guests.
From the chefs we collaborate with to the ingredients
we source to food we serve to the spaces we create,
everything is done with precision and thought.

Dining at TAT isn’t just a meal — it’s a sensory journey. From the aroma of freshly ground spices to the burst of flavours in each bite, TAT brings together signature dishes from 9 Indian coastal states and a bit of Sri Lanka, all under one roof.
The beautiful contemporary décor, thoughtfully designed to reflect the essence of coastal India, immerses you in the spirit of the regions TAT represents.
